We couldn’t be more pleased with our inspection. Joe was awesome. He found areas that we would have never found on our own, and he communicated that effectively. Not only that, but he gave details and advice about the home.

Even from the initial inspection setup, we received great communication from Starmark. We had to change what services we wanted, and they were completely accommodating.

We don’t normally leave reviews, and never thought we’d leave a review for a house inspection company, but we were really impressed.

I was made to feel like I was lucky to get the home my inspector looked at. This made me feel more comfortable with my decision and I feel he would have been just as honest if the home was in shambles. In this market it was nice to meet a honest man when so many decisions need to be made quickly.

Joe Tindall did an excellent job of inspecting the home we were thinking of buying in Charlotte. He found many items that I never would have seen. I have dealt with home inspectors in previous purchases that were not nearly as efficient as Joe.

I should say that Joe was very thorough in his inspecting skills and he explained me each and every issue. Since I didn’t understand some of the technical words, I kept asking for clarification and he explained it well. The report with pictures helped me to work with the builder to resolve the issues identified. I would definitely go with StarMark inspection in future and planning to refer to me friends too.
